About Me...
With over 30 years of distinguished service in the Indian Armed Forces, I bring deep expertise in defence systems, innovation facilitation, and technology integration. My journey has been marked by hands-on leadership across frontline units, premier R&D organizations, and strategic institutional roles.
I’ve had the privilege of working with the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), contributing to cutting-edge projects in combat readiness and indigenous defence capability. A key milestone in my career was spearheading the raising of the Regional Technology Node (RTN) in Bengaluru under the Army Design Bureau—a pioneering effort that bridged the gap between the military and India’s innovation ecosystem.
From training establishments to technology acceleration, I’ve played a vital role in mentoring startups, engaging with academia, and enabling defence-tech collaborations that deliver mission-ready solutions. My consultancy now focuses on helping startups, solopreneurs, and innovation-driven teams understand the unique requirements of the defence sector and convert ideas into deployable assets.
